I had crashed.
It would take 2.5 years before I could declare myself healthy again, and another 2.5 years before I dared to trust that I was truly well.
This chaos made both my body and brain completely shut down. I have memory gaps and can hardly remember anything from the five months I spent resting before taking sick leave. It wasn’t the first time I had been burnt out—I realized that then.
But it was the first time I understood that I needed to make life-altering changes. At first, I thought I had a serious illness. I was afraid of dying. But it was "only" my body that was in total chaos. I had been affected by hormonal changes, Lyme disease, and various events and relationships. I thought I knew myself quite well, but that wasn’t true.

My name is Inger, and I’m the founder of Pingh Academy
I created the method “Pingh Yourself” and the program WorldLove by Pingh.
Everything evolved from the original Pingh Program, which initially focused on helping people in Sweden—primarily women—how to manage stress so they would never have to become burnt out.
What I myself had needed didn’t existm so I started creating it.
First came the Pingh Program, then mentoring programs, courses, workshops, lectures and Pingh Academy and later - WorldLove by Pingh.
Today, the program is about something even more important: helping people around the world understand who they are. What I came to realize more and more is that when we start living in deeper connection with ourselves, our stress naturally decreases.
This insight led to an entirely new program—WorldLove by Pingh.

SICK LEAVE
During the early period of my sick leave, I sometimes had no memory at all and couldn’t remember how to do even the simplest things.
I couldn’t talk on the phone because I didn’t understand what people were saying to me. I couldn’t string letters together.
For the same reason, I couldn’t read.
I remember one time coming home with two bags of geraniums I was going to plant—in pots or in the garden. But I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t figure out where to start, because each step I thought of made me forget the one before, and I got nowhere. I put the bags down on the floor and sat down to rest. And cry from feeling helpless.
During my sick leave, I began searching for something that could help me understand myself and create deep, lasting change. Something that could help me heal—and stay healthy.
A sustainable transformation. I wanted to understand both my body and my inner world. I started by working with a nutritional therapist while also studying Gestalt theory. As part of the education, I also went into Gestalt therapy myself.
Every field I studied, I also practiced in order to recover. I learned mindfulness and Mindful Tapping. I sought support from nutritional therapists, homeopaths, and naturopaths. I tried frequency treatments, fasting, colon cleansing, supplements, gong therapy, yoga, vibration training, and running.
THE INNER JOURNEY
Slowly, I came back—but not as the person I was before. I was more honest with myself.
I noticed that the more I understood myself, the calmer I became. And gradually, the stress began to fade on its own.
After 2.5 years—on October 1, 2015—I declared myself healthy. I felt it was time to see myself as a totally healthy person.
I started marketing my services and developing my courses and workshops in personal development.
MY CORE VALUES

TODAY I LIVE WITH INNER PEACE
I listen to myself and follow what feels right, even when I can’t always explain it. I notice when life is in sync with me.
I pay attention to synchronicities, energy, and subtle signals that guide me forward. It’s not something I have to strive for—it has become a natural way of being. But it wasn’t always like this. My path here has gone through inner struggles with difficult relationships, breakups, burnout, a long recovery, and a curious exploration of who I truly want to be.
It’s been both tough and beautiful. And it has given me the ability to help others understand themselves—without them needing to fall apart first, like I did.
WHAT I HAVE DONE BEFORE
I have had a good life, traveled a lot, and had jobs and assignments I truly enjoyed.
I have worked with people my entire life—in childcare, as a teacher, project manager, leader, consultant, and entrepreneur. I was often the one who held things together, took responsibility, kept things in order, and got things done.
I have worked in municipal and state sectors, in both small businesses and large government agencies like the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
I’ve been part of major projects like the Schengen Project with the Police, the Ticket Program at Vattenfall, and the Rakel Project at SOS Alarm, where I worked for many years as a consultant in various roles.

WHAT I DO TODAY
Today, I work wholeheartedly with Pingh Academy, where I lead the Pingh Mentorship Program—both individually and in groups.
I give lectures and run workshops on stress, energy, recovery, and self-leadership.
I also manage and continue to develop WorldLove by Pingh—with online courses and mentorship programs where people Pingh themselves in their everyday lives. I’m also continuing to write the book series Linnéa Wik Tells, which includes books for loved ones and about how one can recover.
I meet people who long for a change in life.
That’s exactly what the WorldLove by Pingh program can offer them.

WHY I DO WHAT I DO
I’ve always been curious—about life, about other people, about myself. I love meaningful conversations where people share openly and authentically.
I’ve always taken initiative, tried to influence, improve, and create change. Especially when it comes to how society treats people affected by stress and burnout. There are better ways. Sustainable ways.
I’ve seen what happens when we help people understand themselves.
It changes everything. Both I and my clients have gone from anxiety and doubt to feeling secure within.

I do this because I know...
...what it feels like to be in the midst of chaos
...what it feels like when healing begins
I know that real change is possible. I know you don’t have to crash first. My mission is to help people around the world live a meaningful life filled with joy, freedom, and health.
And that’s what I do. Every day.
And perhaps the most important thing of all:
I always have a mentor.
Someone who helps me grow and knows which mistakes I don’t need to make—someone who guides me in the way that moves me forward with the greatest ease.
WHEN PINGH BEGAN TO TAKE SHAPE
After I declared myself healthy in 2015, more and more people started asking how I had recovered so quickly. They wanted my help. That’s when I began developing workshops, which became the foundation of the Pingh Program.
I started giving lectures, creating in-person courses, building Pingh Academy and online programs.
Then came the mentorship program—and eventually, WorldLove by Pingh. I noticed a clear pattern: when people get help understanding themselves, their entire life changes.
Clients often tell me that people around them comment on how much happier and more joyful they seem—without even knowing the have been part of the mentorship program.

MY PHILOSOPHY
What I do today is built on everything I’ve been through myself.
But it’s also built on something else:
A deeply rooted belief that real change is possible.
You don’t have to crash, you don’t have to fall apart.
You can start now.
Right where you are.
With who you are.
