Purchases & Payments

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. Prices are shown in USD or SEK, depending on your location. Tax (VAT) is included where applicable. Promotional prices or discounts may apply and are always time-limited.

Course Access & Usage

You receive instant access to your course upon successful payment. Your access is personal and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for ensuring you have internet access and the required equipment to participate.

Webinars, Lectures & Live Events

Your registration is confirmed once payment is received (if applicable). If the event includes a replay, this will be clearly stated. Pingh reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events. In such cases, you will be offered a new date or a refund.

Free Resources: Podcasts, Mini Courses & Tools

Pinghacademy offers a variety of free resources such as podcasts, exercises and short courses. These are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or used commercially without written permission.

Refunds & Cancellations

For EU customers: You have a 14-day right of withdrawal (according to EU law), unless you start the course (e.g., log in or access content). No refunds will be issued once a digital course has been accessed. For webinars or live events, specific cancellation terms may apply and will be clearly stated at checkout.

Privacy & Data Protection (GDPR)

Your personal data is used to give you access to your course and to communicate with you. You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data at any time. We comply with GDPR and will never share your data with third parties without consent. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
