The personal development program
WorldLove by Pingh

 For you and your workplace

If you have been looking for something that truly makes a difference - then you have found it

The WorldLove by Pingh program is for you who are ready to truly face yourself, let go of what no longer fits—and start living more authentically, with more joy and presence.

It’s perfect both for individuals and for workplaces that understand real change begins from within.

When people feel well at their core, relationships, collaboration, and decision-making all work much better.

It’s about knowing who you are—so you can FEEL free.

WorldLove by Pingh is an experience-based journey of personal growth.

  • Gestalt theory, where wholeness, awareness, and responsibility are central
  • Mindfulness and ACT, supporting greater presence and psychological flexibility
  • Mindful tapping (EFT) to soothe the nervous system and release inner tension
  • A holistic and salutogenic perspective, focusing on what’s healthy and working — and how we can strengthen it.
WorldLove by Pingh is rooted in several well-established foundations.
The paradoxical theory of change states that real transformation begins when we accept who we are and what that truly means. The program helps you understand that in ways that feel simple, true, and possible.

The program offers a clear, step-by-step method to explore what affects your well-being – and how to respond with new ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.

WorldLove by Pingh is grounded in years of personal and professional experience.

You receive practical tools and everyday challenges to explore in your own way, at your own pace, with support along the journey.

This is not about ready-made answers, but about real, lived experience.

The program works individually or in groups, and suits both personal and professional settings.

What the program offers you

WorldLove by Pingh helps you - with a simple 3-step method - create change that is real. In yourself, in your relationships and in how you live your life.

This isn’t just something you reflect on or talk about – it’s something you do, and truly feel the difference. When you understand what drives you, what you long for, and what you’re no longer willing to compromise on, something shifts at your core. You gain tools to act with more clarity, set kind boundaries, release what no longer fits – and choose what truly matters, without losing yourself along the way.

A clearer sense of who you are – and what truly matters to you.

Insight into how your reactions and behaviours are shaped – and how you can influence them.

Support to release self-criticism, worry, and the constant need to perform.

An experience of inner safety – rather than external control.

More joy, presence, and ease – in life and at work.

A process that creates lasting impact – not just in the moment, but over time.

Pingh Yourself - The method and core of the program

Pingh Yourself is a simple, practical 3-step tool for growth through experience. It helps you pause, explore what affects your well-being, and achieving more clarity and intention, both in daily life and work.

When you observe yourself with curiosity, explore, reflect—and accept—you increase your awareness of who you are and who you want to be. That’s when life starts becoming easier. You could put it like this:

Simply change, not by trying to be someone else, but by becoming MORE of who you really are.

Pingh Yourself!
This is the 3 steps in the Pingh-method

1. Identify

Step 1 is about exploring, reflecting, trying things out, and discovering how your life truly feels. We identify everything that makes you feel unwell, the things that disturb or stress you. We also look at what you enjoy and what nourishes you—so you can create more of that.

We explore both the bigger picture and all the details.

2. Connect

Step 2 is about getting to know what we identified in Step 1. The more areas you explore, the deeper your understanding of yourself and your own stress becomes—and you build the knowledge and ability to handle what’s happening in your life.

You also begin to uncover what you truly want and dream of.

3. Manage

Step 3 is about exploring how you can manage what you’ve worked through in Steps 1 and 2. The more you’ve come to know yourself in the earlier steps, the easier it becomes to create the life you truly want to live.

You’ve learned how to reduce what drains you and increase what nourishes you - through new choices, tools, and habits.

How it started

WorldLove by Pingh has grown out of my own experience with burnout.

I needed to understand why I felt the way I did - and what could truly change it. Not to return to how things were, but to live in a way that aligned with who I wanted to be.

I started with myself, and what worked for me, I’ve also used in my work with hundreds of others. That’s where the program has taken shape - step by step, grounded in real-life experience. Read more HERE.
